This system is used by HR managers to order various types of smart cards for employees, manage orders, and receive status updates for tracking purposes.
The redesign process began with a customer/user research study to understand the challenges of the existing system, serving as the foundation for defining and designing an effective solution that replaced the old, cumbersome system.
 

Following the research and concept approval, a user-friendly and intuitive interface was designed, guiding users at every step of the process, directing them to the next stage, and providing status updates and tracking for existing requests, notifications, and email alerts. The interface includes ticket previews, significantly reducing errors before ticket production.

The new interface greatly enhances the user experience, reduces mistakes, and results in significant time savings in issuing employee tickets, which is critical for onboarding new employees and a prerequisite for their integration into various government systems.
