Project Gov.il
Role: Studio Management and Product Design.
Led the design studio and the overall creation of a finished product while adhering to strict timelines as the branding and lead UX/UI designer.
The design draws inspiration from innovative government websites in countries like the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada, focusing on improving public access to services. A key enhancement was separating organizational structure from service categorization, enabling users to find information easily without needing to navigate complex governmental frameworks.
Distinct from many global government sites, the unified platform connects all governmental offices and major authorities on a single site. This significant design challenge was successfully addressed, revolutionizing service accessibility and simplifying information consumption, thereby ensuring a consistent user experience.

Smart Card Management System for Employees
Include: Research, Concept, Specification, Prototype and Design
HR managers use this system to order smart cards for employees, manage orders, and track status updates. The redesign began with user research to identify challenges in the old system, leading to an effective new solution.
After research and concept approval, a user-friendly interface was created to guide users through the process, providing status updates and notifications. The design includes cards previews, significantly reducing errors prior to production.
The new interface enhances user experience, minimizes mistakes, and saves time in issuing employee tickets, which is crucial for onboarding and integration into government systems.

2015 Elections App
The Official 2015 Elections App of the Central Elections Committee
The app was designed and developed by the ICT Authority for the Central Elections Committee for the 2015 elections in Israel. It features a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate, designed in a clean and formal style.
The app allows users to view party ballots and learn about the parties and their platforms. It enables users to find their designated polling station and locate accessible polling places in their area.
Additionally, there is a screen that displays real-time data.
Before the elections, a countdown timer is shown leading up to the election date. On election day, the app displays the voter turnout percentage, and after the elections, it presents voting data by major cities and political parties.
