Every website promoter knows that one of the most effective ways to promote websites is through external referrals throughout the network to the website they want to promote.
We characterized, branded and created for Bestlinks (a leading company in Israel for building links), a 'self-service' system for creating content articles that are hosted on various websites and contain links to the website intended for promotion.
The website and the system with an innovative design and also adapted for mobile devices, allows every user, in an easy and friendly way, to locate the relevant content sites for him and to build links in them.
The system includes a personal area for the registered user, and management environments for the system administrators.

New Resident Journey
Kiryat Malachi Municipality
Kiryat Malachi is undergoing significant changes during which four new neighborhoods are built and thousands of new residents are absorbed. How does the municipality prepare for the challenge?
The character of the new residents is different from the character of the existing population, and for this new challenges and different needs arise. How do you meet the new requirements and improve the service to the resident?
With a design thinking approach, we characterized customer profiles for the new types of residents and housing improvers and created a new resident journey that is the basis for transformation in the absorption and service processes.
