One significant improvement was distinguishing between the organizational structure and the categorization of services, making them accessible without requiring an understanding of the often-complex governmental framework, which frequently changes. This approach allows individuals to easily and intuitively find the services and information they need.

Unlike many global government websites, the unified site connects all government offices and major authorities under a single official platform. This posed a significant challenge for the design team, which was successfully overcome, revolutionizing the accessibility of government services. The established standard simplifies information consumption, primarily centralized in one location, allowing for easy cross-referencing and ensuring consistency in the user experience and interface.
